Finally found a new album with all the required bits and pieces, transferred all my recipes across, but not much room left, maybe another 8 if I'm lucky.

nearing the end of my list of recipes - the scrapbook is also at bursting point. just a few more to go.

Spotted a brown paper envelope - no idea why I kept it - but decided to do a recycled page using it! And I nicked a pizza from the Morrisons monthly mag too.

Then I found I could change the colour of papers to print . . .

Got carried away again - now I even print my own paper

Time to pace myself - had to order some more page protectors. Fortunately they arrived this afternoon so  here we go again.

some more recipes

it's becoming easier now, but i need more page protectors and post extensions, but they are difficult to find. got loads of recipes to do . . .

Me thinks I need some lessons or advice.

Scrapbooking

Nobody told me what a mission scrapbooking was!!
I was given a couple of albums and kits, so decided that I would put my recipes into one. I chose an 8" x 8" album, but soon discovered that size was not popular. What a job finding page protectors and when I did, the holes were in the wrong places. Looking for post extenders was another futile experience - the ones I eventually found didn't have thread in the one end. And that was before I even 'did' a page.
Needless to say, finding papers that size was like winning the Lotto - so I ended up buying a 12" x 12" pack and cutting them down - too bad.

But to my delight I found that I could photocopy the few pages that came with the album - A4 paper is just the right size.
I have started with the sweet recipes, and hope to progress to the savoury ones in due time.

New idea!

Found some new shapes to fold - tried it out, but the angle needs to be exact. You can have flowers with 5, 6 or 8 petals, and I suppose anything is actually possible.
